What is RTT® and how does it work?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a pioneering therapy based on neuroscience that offers fast, effective results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT. It works by accessing the subconscious mind to uncover the root cause of an issue, allowing for rapid and permanent change.

How many sessions will I typically need?

One of the main benefits of RTT® and my structured programmes is that they are designed to be fast-acting. For many specific issues, a single RTT® session is enough to create significant change. For more complex or deep-rooted patterns, 2-3 sessions or a structured 3-month programme is recommended to ensure lasting transformation.

Are your therapy sessions online or in-person?

I offer both! Online sessions are conducted via secure video call (Zoom), which is just as effective as in-person therapy and allows you to be in the comfort of your own home. For those who prefer in-person support, I have a dedicated practice space. We can discuss your preference during the Discovery Call.

What should I expect during a Discovery Call?

The Discovery Call is a free, 20-minute no-obligation chat. It’s a chance for us to connect, for you to share what you’re currently struggling with, and for me to explain how I can help. It’s a very relaxed, non-judgemental space to see if we are a good fit for working together.

Is hypnotherapy safe, and will I be in control?

Absolutely. Hypnotherapy is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused attention — similar to being absorbed in a good book or daydreaming. You are always in control, you cannot be made to do anything against your will, and you will remember the session. It is a very safe and gentle process.
